^*FREE Solar Health Check valued at $198 includes a comprehensive system report that details any important safety, or performance which includes: details of any relevant changes to the installation standards since the install date of your system, installation faults that may have occurred since installation, damage to panels or equipment (such as hail or environmental damage) outside of normal wear and tear, condition of wiring and enclosures and any other safety or performance issues, such as dust/dirt, or lichen build up on the surface of the panels. Small Scale Technology Certificates

Also known as “STCs”, Small-scale Technology Certificates help subsidise the cost of rooftop solar and heat pump hot water systems.

The level of subsidy you receive depends on how many STCs your system is entitled to create, along with the market price of STCs at the time. STCs are traded on the STC market, so the price varies according to supply and demand. 

So, when you buy a rooftop solar system or heat pump hot water system with Econ Energy, we offer you the eligible discount, so you don’t have to claim the rebate yourself.
